We strive to bridge the gap between horse owners and veterinarians at EDS. While most call centers have little to no large animal experience which often causes frustration among clients, all our receptionists have multiple years of equine handling and knowledge.
We offer both normal operating hour packages (8-5 Monday-Friday) as well as after hours/emergency services.
We feel confident we cannot only improve customer relations, but also diffuse terminology barriers between call centers, horse owners, and veterinarians. Run by an avid horsewoman with 30 years of experience as well as holding a bachelors degree in Animal Science from Texas A&M, Equine Dispatch Services is more than ready to step into the receptionist role for your equine veterinary practice.
